  • Avatar photo

SANFL, WAFL and VFL fantasy scores are a must-have resource during the fantasy season, whether you’re into AFL Fantasy classic, draft, or keeper leagues. AFL-listed players that dominate the reserves competitions generally are the first in line to fill a need at the elite level, should a player get injured or fall out of form. The closer we monitor these performances, the faster we can get on the waiver wire and snap them up!

Below are the top scorers of the week that you should be paying attention to…

VFL

Could an AFL debut be on the cards for Alex Cincotta (136)? He was everywhere in the Blues win over the Tigers amassing 37 disposals. Brodie Kemp (125) also continues to find a heap of the footy with 31 disposals, while Jaxon Binns (117) also picked up 30 touches. Lachie O’Brien (109) was also dangerous kicking 1 goal to go with his 27 touches.

Noah Answerth (121) is banging down the door for this first AFL game of the season with another big game in the VFL. He picked up 30 touches, while Deven Robertson (109) had 26 touches and kicked 2 goals. Tom Fullarton (106) kicked four goals up forward and Rhys Mathieson (96) had a game-high 37 disposals.

Aaron Hall (137) turned back the clock racking up 37 touches and slotting a goal in the Roos big win over the Swans. Paul Curtis (110) kicked a bag full of five goals while Miller Bergman (104) responded after his axing with 26 touches.

It was a big win for the Hawks over the Pies and Max Lynch (115) led the way for Box Hill with 43 hit outs and a goal. Lachie Bramble (90) ensured his name is up for selection after 23 touches and a goal. Finlay Macrae (115) was among the Pies best with 29 touches while Josh Carmichael (104) had 28 disposals.

Surely the Bombers cannot keep Ben Hobbs (118) out of their AFL side again. The young midfielder had 31 touches, 28 of them kicks against the Demons. Josh Schache (116) kicked four goals, while James Harmes (101) had a game-high 34 touches. Bailey Laurie (89) and Luke Dunstan (94) were also prolific in the midfield for Casey.

WAFL

The pain continues to get worse for West Coast suffering a 169-point defeat to West Perth. Only a handful of AFL-listed players were a part of the game including Zane Trew (72), Rhett Bazzo (64) and young ruckman Harry Barnett (53). Elijah Hewett (0) hurt his ankle in the first couple of minutes of play.

Young Docker Karl Worner (100) was very busy in Peel Thunder’s win with a team-high 30 disposals. Nathan Wilson (82) was solid in his return to the WAFL with 20 touches and a goal, while Josh Treacy (86) also slotted a goal and did a bit of ruck work around the ground as well.
