State League AFL Fantasy Scores – Week 6, 2025

Each week, we track the standout AFL Fantasy scorers in the state leagues to identify potential cash cows, role changes, and possible inclusions. With a state league bye across the VFL and SANFL this weekend, all eyes were on the WAFL. There were some big scores and intriguing role developments, especially where injuries or poor form could open the door for changes at AFL level.

VFL

Braydon Fiorini continues to turn heads at the Gold Coast Suns. He’s now had three games with scores over 170 points, and this week he exploded for 210 AFL Fantasy points on the back of 47 disposals, 10 marks, 11 tackles, and three goals. Despite this monster performance, it’s hard to see him breaking into the Suns’ senior side any time soon.

Ned Moyle also had a strong outing, scoring 114 points. However, he’s only a chance to come into the team if the Suns opt to manage Jarrod Witts.

Sam Clohesy had a solid game on the wing with 24 disposals, eight marks, six tackles, and 117 points.

Keidean Coleman had a massive return from injury, racking up 28 disposals (24 of them kicks), 10 marks, and five tackles for 131 points off half-back. He should slot straight back into Brisbane’s AFL side this week, which could impact players like Dayne Zorko and Jaspa Fletcher, who have both been performing well in defence.

James Tunstill continued his good form in the VFL, scoring 105 points, but Brisbane’s stacked midfield is likely to keep him out of the senior team for now.

Jaxon Binns did what he usually does, recording 129 points, but remains unlikely to break into the Blues’ senior side.

Marc Pittonet scored 126 points, which may worry Tom De Koning owners, though the Blues haven’t shown signs of using both rucks together recently.

Vigo Visentini had 16 disposals, four marks, one tackle, and 45 hitouts. With Essendon’s ruck issues and Todd Goldstein looking old and tired, Visentini could get a look-in and might be worth a speculative waiver pickup.

Caleb Poulter and Harvey Gallagher had strong games for Footscray, scoring 124 and 108 points respectively. But given the Bulldogs’ current form, they’re unlikely to come in anytime soon. Still, they’re worth monitoring.

Jack Ough scored 111 points for GWS from 32 disposals, five marks, and six tackles. He’s a draftee with a good fantasy pedigree and could be a stash option in keeper leagues.

Cody Angwin also performed well with 100 points, while Harry Rowston continued his midfield form with 25 disposals and 95 points.

Kane McAuliffe was dominant for Richmond, scoring 134 points playing as an inside midfielder. He must be edging closer to an AFL call-up.

Caleb Mitchell had a good game for the Swans with 25 disposals, six marks, and seven tackles for 113 points.

Peter Ladhams also played well in the ruck, scoring 87 points, though he’s unlikely to get AFL opportunities unless Brodie Grundy goes down.

Angus Sheldrick was praised for his game but only managed 67 points.

SANFL

Luke Pedlar had a strong game, scoring 89 points with four goals and some midfield minutes. However, if selected, he’s more likely to play forward, which limits his fantasy relevance.

Lachlan McAndrew continued his good ruck form with 104 points from 49 hitouts, though with Reilly O’Brien back in form lately, no changes are expected there.

Rory Atkins was best on ground for Port Adelaide, scoring 124 points, and could be a sneaky chance to return for the Showdown this week against his old club.

Draftee Jack Whitlock, a draftee key forward for Port, kicked three goals but only scored 56 fantasy points. He’s an outside chance to replace Ollie Lord, but wouldn’t be fantasy relevant.

WAFL

Clay Hall starred again for the Eagles, collecting 32 disposals and laying nine tackles for 125 points in the midfield. If West Coast reshuffle their mix , he could be in line for a call-up.

Bailey Williams also had a good game in the ruck with 108 points, and could return to the senior side if Matt Flynn is dropped again.

Draftee Luca Greggo was also impressive, scoring 88 points.

Fantasy coaches should be keeping a close eye on state league performances for potential mid-season pick ups and dynasty gold.
