Just wanted to let you know about a fun little project I’ve been working on: it’s called FootyHeads — an AFL player guessing game that’ll test how well you really know the faces of the league.
The idea’s simple: you’re shown a photo of a current AFL player at random, and you have to guess who it is. If you’re right, you keep going. Get it wrong and your streak resets. It’s all about seeing how many you can get right in a row — and sharing that streak with your mates to see who’s got the sharpest footy brain.
There are four difficulty levels depending on how deep your AFL knowledge runs:
- Easy for casual fans,
- Medium for those who keep up with most games and know a good chunk of the league,
- Hard for the proper footy tragics,
- And Expert… for the sickos who can pick a third-string back pocket from blurry footage in a pre-season match.
Whether you’re just killing time or want to settle a score with a mate about who knows more AFL players, this footy guessing game is a fun way to do it. Plus, it’s dead easy to share your streak and challenge others.
