State League AFL Fantasy Scores – Week 21, 2025

Each week, we track the standout AFL Fantasy scorers in the state leagues to identify potential cash cows, role changes, and possible inclusions. There were some big scores and intriguing role developments, especially where injuries or poor form could open the door for changes at AFL level.

VFL

At Footscray, Adam Treloar made a massive statement on return, racking up 40 disposals, 10 tackles and a goal for 155 points. He was well supported by Caleb Poulter, who nailed six goals with 22 touches for 126 points, while defender Nick Coffield (32 disposals, seven marks, 126 points) and rookie Michael Sellwood (27 disposals, 10 marks, 117 points) were excellent. Veteran Taylor Duryea also found plenty of it with 29 disposals and 10 marks for 109 points.

For Geelong, Ted Clohesy was again brilliant with 26 touches, eight marks, six tackles and two goals for 148 points, while Jhye Clark (29 disposals, 115 points) and George Stevens (30 touches, 106 points) both impressed. Mitchell Edwards had 20 disposals, 21 hitouts and kicked three behinds for 91 points.

Casey (Melbourne) was led by Jack Billings, who finished with 40 disposals, seven marks, six tackles and a goal for 141 points, while Bailey Laurie added 23 disposals, seven tackles and a goal for 101 points.

At Carlton, defender Jordan Boyd stood tall despite the heavy loss, collecting 27 disposals for 109 points. Elijah Hollands chipped in with 20 touches and a goal for 88 points.

Collingwood’s Mason Cox dominated in the ruck with 19 disposals, 28 hitouts and a goal for 127 points, while Roan Steele impressed again with 32 touches, nine marks and a goal for 125 points.

Essendon saw Xavier O’Neill continue his strong VFL form with 27 touches, a goal and five tackles for 134 points. Young gun Zak Johnson was lively with 22 disposals, two goals and six tackles for 116 points, while ruck Vigo Visentini had 48 hitouts and finished on 90 points.

For Brisbane, Academy prospect Daniel Annable was outstanding with 25 disposals, seven tackles and eight clearances for 103 points.

At Sydney, Corey Warner continued to shine with 36 touches and seven clearances for 122 points. Teammate Matt Roberts added 30 disposals and six marks for 114 points, while Caleb Mitchell chipped in with 23 touches and nine marks for 113 points. Veteran Taylor Adams had 23 disposals, nine tackles and a goal for 107 points.

For GWS, untried mid Harrison Oliver caught the eye with 34 touches, seven marks and four tackles for 125 points, while James Leake also contributed 23 disposals, a goal and six tackles for 117 points. Josh Fahey was busy with 22 touches and five marks for 98 points.

At Box Hill (Hawthorn), Sam Butler put up 25 disposals, 10 marks and a goal for 122 points, while ruck Ned Reeves battled hard for 34 hitouts and 18 disposals to finish on 112 points. Jai Serong (24 disposals, 101 points) and Seamus Mitchell (22 touches, nine marks, 99 points) were also good.

Sandringham had Jack Carroll (30 disposals, six clearances, 90 points) and Liam O’Connell (22 touches, eight tackles, 90 points) leading the way. NGA prospect Kye Fincher impressed with 24 disposals, six tackles and five clearances for 93 points.

For Richmond, Kaleb Smith was the standout, gathering 30 touches across half-back for 106 points.

SANFL

Billy Dowling produced another monster for Adelaide, collecting 34 disposals, nine clearances and two goals for 151 points. Lachie Sholl was busy with 22 touches and 13 marks for 97 points, while ruck Kieran Strachan had 39 hitouts to go with 16 touches for 91 points. Youngster Sid Draper was solid with 24 disposals for 87 points.

For Port Adelaide, Jeremy Finlayson continued his push for a senior recall with 23 touches, 19 hitouts and two goals for 108 points. Hugh Jackson added 21 disposals and a goal for 90 points, while Ewan Mackinlay kicked three goals from 21 touches to finish on 84 points.

WAFL

West Coast’s Jack Williams had one of his best games of the year, hauling in 13 marks and kicking 3.3 to post 124 points. Fellow young tall Harry Barnett kicked three goals and had nine hitouts for 97 points.

At Peel, Jeremy Sharp worked tirelessly on the wing with 25 disposals, 10 marks and a goal for 108 points, while Oscar McDonald was strong in defence with 22 touches and 13 marks for 107 points. Ruckman Liam Reidy battled hard for 41 hitouts and 19 disposals to tally 91 points.


 

Fantasy coaches should be keeping a close eye on state league performances for potential mid-season pick ups and dynasty gold.
