State League AFL Fantasy Scores – Week 20, 2023

  • Avatar photo

SANFL, WAFL and VFL fantasy scores are a must-have resource during the fantasy season, whether you’re into AFL Fantasy classic, draft, or keeper leagues. AFL-listed players that dominate the reserves competitions generally are the first in line to fill a need at the elite level, should a player get injured or fall out of form. The closer we monitor these performances, the faster we can get on the waiver wire and snap them up!

Below are the top scorers of the week that you should be paying attention to…

VFL

Surely Brayden Fiorini (142) finds a new team next year after another season stuck in the twos. Fiorini had 35 touches and kicked four goals in the Suns big win. Charlie Constable (133) also found plenty of footy with 37 touches, while Ned Moyle (106) had 38 hitouts and 21 touches.

Luke Dunstan (149) was dominant in the middle for the Demons with 38 touches and a goal while teammates Bailey Laurie (109) and Charlie Spargo (105) both kicked a goal and had 29 and 28 touches respectively. Jaxon Binns (117) continued his stellar form for the Blues with 25 disposals.

Plenty of Lions players scored well despite going down to Williamstown and no surprises to see Jarryd Lyons (126) lead the way in the midfield. Lyons had 32 touches and 7 tackles, while Harry Sharp (125) had 30 and kicked a goal. Kai Lohmann (111) booted four goals and Rhys Mathison (110) had a game high 34 disposals.

Young key forward Aaron Cadman (155) starred for the Giants booting 8 goals. James Peatling (145) had the ball on a string collecting 38 touches, while ruckmen Braydon Preuss (107) and Matt Flynn (103) were dominant in the middle with Flynn kicking four goals himself.

Around the grounds, Tyler Sonsie (117) was instrumental in Richmond’s win over Port Melbourne with 31 touches and a goal. Jordon Sweet (122) and Toby McLean (118) were two of the Bulldogs best with Sweet winning 52 hitouts and McLean finding 29 touches and kicking a major. Mason Cox (113) also had 52 hitouts for the Pies in their win over the Cats while Mitch Knevitt (103) continues to impress this season with 24 touches and a goal.

SANFL

Midfielder Jackson Mead (119) had an excellent game for the Magpies with 29 touches and 8 clearances, while Hugh Jackson (106) continues to push for an AFL debut with 25 touches.
